Additional Information
  • Ordained Sangha receive 25% off on all fees.
  • Students are allowed to stay up to 2 days before and 2 days after courses to accommodate their travel plans. Extra days will charged at the daily rate.
  • Students who are only able to attend a portion of a one month course must participate for a minimum of 2 weeks and will pay proportionate (prorated) fees.
  • In keeping with the traditional practice of Dharma, personal offerings to teachers are encouraged.

Payments
Your registration should be accompanied by a deposit in the amount stated above.  This deposit is non-refundable and goes toward your courses fees and administrative fee. The full amount can be paid later, upon confirmation of your attendance or upon arrival to IBA. Payments for the courses or retreat can be made by wire-transfer (bank draft), check, PayPal or in person at the IBA office before the course begins.

Refund policy:
Within 10 days of the commencement of classes students who wish to withdraw must contact the office. Refunds will be made in Nepalese rupees, according to the exchange rate in effect at that time, after deducting a US$100 administration fee. No refunds will be provided to students after 10 days of school attendance. No refunds will be issued for the 10-day retreat or the registration deposit.
